1. Who You Are Contracting With, Ownership and Copyright

Designed to Heal 360 is owned and operated by Lea Curley, a sole proprietor trading as Designed to Heal 360, located in the State of Texas, United States. By using Designed to Heal 360 you are entering into an agreement with Lea Curley. You can reach us through the contact method provided within the application.

Unless otherwise identified, original content created for Designed to Heal 360—including original written materials, educational content, journal and reflection prompts, recipes and original recipe commentary, programs, courses, graphics, designs, branding elements, downloadable materials, organizational structures, and other original creative materials—is owned by or licensed to Léa Curley and Designed to Heal 360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to Designed to Heal 360 does not transfer ownership of this material to the user.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for their own personal, noncommercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Copying and Commercial Use

Without prior written permission, users may not:

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of Designed to Heal 360 content;
• republish or redistribute protected materials;
• sell or commercially exploit Designed to Heal 360 materials;
• upload premium or member-only content to another website, application, course, social-media account, database, or content library;
• systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or download content;
• create unauthorized derivative commercial products from protected Designed to Heal 360 materials;
• reproduce paid courses, journal materials, educational programs, or downloadable resources for distribution to others;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• share account credentials for the purpose of allowing others to access paid content;
• use Designed to Heal 360 content to build, train, populate, or substantially reproduce a competing product or commercial content library without authorization.

Limited quotations or sharing permitted by applicable law are not prohibited by these Terms.

3. Designed to Heal 360™ Brand

The names, branding, logos, slogans, and other source-identifying elements associated with Designed to Heal 360 may be protected by trademark and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to represent another product, service, business, social-media account, application, or program as being affiliated with or endorsed by Designed to Heal 360.

4. Personal Accounts and Memberships

Accounts are intended for individual use unless a family, organization, church, practitioner, or other multi-user plan expressly permits otherwise.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Paid memberships provide access to the features identified with the applicable membership tier. Purchasing a membership provides access to those features; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Designed to Heal 360 provides educational, wellness, self-reflection, and self-tracking tools.

Designed to Heal 360 does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency medical care, or individualized medical advice.

Information within the application should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Users should seek appropriate professional medical care regarding symptoms, medications, treatment decisions, medical conditions, or emergencies.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking appropriate medical care solely because of information encountered through Designed to Heal 360.

6. Pattern and Wellness Information

Designed to Heal 360 may help users observe patterns involving areas such as nutrition, sleep, hydration, symptoms, movement, stress, mood, digestion, habits, and general wellbeing.

A pattern or association identified by the application does not necessarily establish that one factor caused another.

Designed to Heal 360 should use observational and educational language rather than presenting user-generated patterns as medical diagnoses.

7. Faith-Based Content

Designed to Heal 360 may offer optional Christian faith-based resources, including Scripture, prayer, devotionals, reflection prompts, and community discussions.

Faith-based content is intended for spiritual encouragement and education.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency care.

Designed to Heal 360 does not teach that illness necessarily results from insufficient faith, that prayer must replace appropriate medical treatment, or that delayed healing indicates spiritual failure.

Users who select a health-focused experience may use the application's health and wellness resources without being required to participate in faith-based features.

8. Community and Healing Circles

Designed to Heal 360 may provide community areas, including Healing Circles, comments, prayer requests, discussions, and other member-generated content.

Members are encouraged to share experiences, encouragement, recipes, resources, prayer, and personal perspectives.

Community members may not:

• diagnose another member;
• instruct another member to discontinue prescribed medication or medical treatment;
• impersonate a healthcare professional;
• make dangerous or intentionally deceptive health claims;
• harass, threaten, bully, or shame another member;
• exploit members during vulnerable circumstances;
• post another person's private health information without authorization;
• use the community primarily for unsolicited advertising, spam, recruitment, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

Designed to Heal 360 may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate community standards or create safety concerns.

9. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of original content they create and post.

By intentionally posting content within community areas, users grant Designed to Heal 360 a limited license to display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the community and provide the service.

Private journals, private health records, check-ins, symptom information, and other information designated as private are not automatically community content merely because they are stored within Designed to Heal 360.

A user must intentionally choose to share information before private material is displayed publicly or within a community feature, subject to the application's privacy controls.

10. Privacy

Designed to Heal 360 may collect information necessary to provide accounts, personalization, wellness tracking, subscriptions, and community features.

The handling of personal information is additionally governed by the Designed to Heal 360 Privacy Policy.

Because users may enter sensitive wellness information, Designed to Heal 360 will provide reasonable privacy and account-security controls.

Users should nevertheless avoid posting information publicly that they do not want other community members to see.

11. Recipes, Nutrition and Educational Information

Recipes and nutritional information are provided for general educational purposes.

Users remain responsible for checking ingredients for allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, medication interactions, or other individual concerns.

Ingredient substitutions may alter nutritional values, allergen exposure, cooking results, or other characteristics.

12. AI-Assisted Features

Designed to Heal 360 may incorporate artificial-intelligence-assisted features.

AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be considered medical diagnoses or professional medical advice.

AI features may assist users with activities such as locating app resources, reviewing their own logged information, identifying possible patterns for further consideration, generating reflection prompts, or navigating educational content.

Users should independently verify important health information and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

13. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid membership or separate purchase. Current prices and plans are published at /pricing: $15 per month or $99 per year, in US dollars, excluding any sales tax or VAT calculated at checkout.

Prices, billing frequency, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included features are disclosed before purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Manage billing, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are governed by the Designed to Heal 360 Refund Policy at /refunds, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Every person's circumstances are different.

Designed to Heal 360 does not guarantee weight loss, symptom improvement, recovery, healing, financial results, spiritual outcomes, or any particular health outcome from using the application, recipes, programs, educational materials, or community.

15. Availability and Changes

Designed to Heal 360 is an evolving service.

Features may be added, changed, improved, replaced, or discontinued.

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to purchased or subscribed services consistent with the applicable offering, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

Designed to Heal 360 may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• fraudulent activity;
• unauthorized distribution of protected content;
• threats or harassment;
• dangerous community conduct;
• attempts to compromise application security;
• misuse of payment systems; or
• other serious abuse of the service.

17. Reporting Copyright or Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe Designed to Heal 360 content has been copied, distributed, or used without authorization—or believe content appearing within Designed to Heal 360 infringes your own rights—please contact Designed to Heal 360 through the designated support or intellectual-property contact method provided within the application.

Reports should identify the material involved and provide sufficient information to evaluate the concern.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Designed to Heal 360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Designed to Heal 360 and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Designed to Heal 360 evolves.

When material changes are made, the updated effective date will be displayed and users may be asked to accept revised Terms where appropriate.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
